Open a new image 600x600

Open Pumpkin 1 and paste as a new layer - resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the tag - Open Halloween Tree 01a and paste as a new layer - Mirror and resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the right of the tag - Open Garden Bridge 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Cauldren 06 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Wishing Well 04 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the right above the bottom of the tag

Open Couldren 03 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Pumpkin 01 and paste as a new layer - resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the couldren - Open Barrels 01 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the left of the tag above the bottom - Open your tube and position in the centre of the tag

Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
