Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Open your tube and place on the right of the frame - Duplicate and place on the left of the frame - Merge Down - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tubes to Luminance - Click on the paper layer and Open Web - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the top of the paper - Open Gate - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the paper - Open Sparkles - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the top - Duplicate and flip - merge down

Open Barbwire - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the top of the frame - Duplicate and resize by 80 - Sharpen - Image - Rotate - 90 Left and place on the left of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge all 3 together - Open Fence and position toward the bottom -Open Bottle - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Cross - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in front of the previous layer - Open Flower Leaves - Flip and resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the frame - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open Leaves and place along the bottom - Open Tombstones and place as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag

Open your tube and place in the centre - Duplicate and hide for now - Open Grass Skulls - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down

Open Wordart - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Unhide your duplicated tube and position at the top of the layers - Erase any that you wish

Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
