Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Blue from the tube

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 20 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Open Element 17 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the tag

Open Element 13 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 2 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 14 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the right horn - When happy with positioning - Make the horn layer active and delete where the charm sits - See my tag for idea's

Open your tube and place her in the centre of the tag - Open Element 7 - Flip - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tube - Open Element 6 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag - Open wa - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above - Open Element 18 - Mirror - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 11 and repeat the steps you followed for the cross layer - Open Frame 2 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and send to the bottom

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a round mask of choice - merge group - Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to above the previous mask and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
