Open a new image 600x600
Open Deco Swirl 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place toward the top - Open Flowers 1 - Mirror - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place toward the bottom - Open Frame 1 and position in the centre - Open Sparkle Frame - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Christmas Quill and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and position toward the top of the frame - Open Glitter Cone 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place to the left of the frame - Open Snowflakes 2 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Bell 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the first layer - Open Deco 2 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Deco 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen nad place on the bottom left - Open your tube and place in the centre of the tag - Apply Radiance at the settings above - Open Pinecones - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate - Mirror - Duplicate - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Merge all 3 layers together
Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
