Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 38 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Open Frame 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Element 37 - Mirror - resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame - Open Element 11 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the frame - Open Element 13 - Mirror - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 30 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place to the left of the tag - Open Element 18 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre toward the bottom - Open Element 45 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag - Open Element 8 - Mirror - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Wordart - resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Element 27 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag - Open your tube and place her so she is sitting on the wordart

Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
