Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 47 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Open your close up tube and position to the left of the frame - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance L - Open Element 42 - Resize by 45  - Sharpen and place along the top of the frame - Duplicate - Mirror - Rotate 90 Left and position on the left of the frame - Erase any that sticks out underneath the frame - Open Element 55 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the tag - Open Element 59 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the tag - Open Element 23 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag - Duplicate - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the frame - Move under the original - Open your tube and place her to the right - Resize as you wish but remember to Shapen afterwards!

Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
