Open a new image 600x600

Open red Frame Snowflakes and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Open Snowtrees and resize by 65 - Sharpen and position on the bottom of the frame - Open your tube and resize as needed - Position her in the centre - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move all under the frame - Open Elfhat 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place to the right of the frame - Open Tree 2 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place to the left of the frame - Open Bells 1 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the frame - Open Frame 2 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Reindeer 2 - Resize by 30 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open hohoho 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place to the right of the frame - Open Sparkles - Resize by 70  - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Branches 2 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the frame - Open Berries 1 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Unhide the duplicated tube and move her to the top - Open Ornament 6 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag - Duplicate - Mirror - Merge Down

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
