This is tut number 1 of 3 using the pack

Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and making sure it still fits in the frame - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Element 48 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place to the left of the tag - Open Element 49 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the frame - Open Element 50 and paste as a new layer positioning to the right of the frame - Open Element 20 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place below the star on the left - Duplicate and position to the centre of the frame - Open Element 4 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the frame - Open Element 53 - Rotate - 90 Left and place on the top right of the frame - Open your tube and place her to the right

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
