Open a new image 600x600

Open Doodle 1 and paste as a new layer - Position on the top left of the canvas - Duplicate - Mirror - Flip and Merge Down - Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open icicle paper and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the frame - Open Border Overlay and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 and position in the centre - Open your tube and place in the frame - When happy with positioning - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete -Select none and move all under the frame - Open Doodle 2 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the left of the frame - Open Cherry Blossom and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place on the left of the frame - Unhide your tube and place to the top - Erase where needed - Open Old Letter 1 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Ornament 2 and paste as a new layer - resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the right of the original

Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
