Open a new image 600x600

Open Trees and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place to the left of the canvas - Open Snowflakes and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Branch 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place to the left - Open Cones - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open Glitter Circle and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place over the frame - Open Star and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top left - Duplicate - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the far right of the tag - Open Ribbon 3 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Mirror and place on the top right of the frame - Open Country Chapel and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place toward the bottom of the frame - Open Fence and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tag - Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position to the left of the tag - Open SNowy Branch and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tube - Open Cherub and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place to the bottom right of the tag - Open Wordart and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tag and apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Apply Fritillary to the mask layer at the settings above - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
