Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Bow 4 and resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame - Open bow 3 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 5 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the right of the tag - Duplicate - Image - mirror and merge down - Open Element 16 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the top right

Open Frame 1 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Open your close up tube and position her to the right of the frame - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move all under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance L - Open Bow 1 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag - Open Element 17 - Resize as before - Sharpen and place above the bow on the previous layer - Open your main tube and place her in the centre - Open Element 11a and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 15 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place in front of the previous layer - Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the left of the tube - open Element 14 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tube - Open Wordart and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place over the previous layer - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
