Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 10 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen - Open your tube and place in the tag - When happy - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both under the frame - Open Element 15 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 84 and paste as a new layer - Rotate to the right 30 degrees and resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the frame - Open Element 28 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the left side of the frame - Open Element 14 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far left of the frame - Open Element 1 - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the left of the frame - Open Element 20 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the tag - Open Element 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Un hide your duplicated tube and move to the top - Erase any that sticks out underneath the frame - Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the harp - Open Element 35 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the bottom left of the tag
Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
