Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Black

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 48 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place toward the top centre - Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the far left - Duplicate - Mirror and Merge Down - Duplicate the firework layer and move to the top - Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Frame 4 and paste as a new layer - Position toward the centre of the heart - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Element 7 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place to the right of the square frame - Duplicate - Mirror and Merge down - Open Element 34 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position to the top of the tag - Open Element 36 - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place to the right of the tag - Duplicate - Mirror - Merge Down - Open Element 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place to the left of the tag - Open Element 57 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the frame - Open Element 5 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the square frame - Duplicate and place below the original - Merge down - Open your tube and place her in the centre of the tag - open Element 10 and place along the bottom of the tube - Open Element 9 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far right of the tag - Open Wordart - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tube - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
