Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 5 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre of the tag - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Keep on the paper layer - Open Element 47 and position in the centre of the paper - Open Element 35 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place toward the top of the paper - Duplicate and move to the top - Open Element 4 - resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the frame - Duplicate and move below the original - Merge Down - Duplicate - Mirror and move to the centre of the right side of the frame - Merge Down - Open Element 53 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top of the tag - Duplicate - Mirror and move below the original - merge down - Open Element 18 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the frame - Duplicate and place on the right side of the frame - Duplicate and place to the top left of the original - merge all 3 together - Open Element 41 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the frame - Duplicate - Place on the left of the original - move underneath - Duplicate and place on the bottom far left of the frame - Duplicate and move above the original - Merge all 4 together - Open your tube and place her in the centre - Open Element 30 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tube - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above
Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
