Open Element 70 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place toward the bottom of the canvas - Open Element 72 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place so its in the centre of the previous layer - Open Element 28 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the previous layer - Open Element 32 and paste as a new layer - Resize as before and position on the top right of the tag - Open Element 57 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place toward the top of the tag - Open ELement 78 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the far left of the tag - Open Element 1 and paste as a new layer - Place toward the bottom of the tag - Open Element 53 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far left of the tag - Open Element 99 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far left of the tag - Open Element 114 - Resize as before and place on the bottom far right of the tag - Open Element 108 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag - Open your tube and place in the centre

Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
