I am using the PTU Scrapkit Carpe Noctem made to match the tube by Waggish Sparkles which you can find HERE 

Mask of Choice

Font of Choice

Open a new image 600x600

Open Locked Frames and paste as a new layer

Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Click inside with your magic wand - both frames - selections - modify - expand by 5

Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the right frame - Duplicate - Image - mirror and merge down

Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move underneath the frame

Change the blend mode of the tubes to soft light

Open graveyard and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - sharpen and place at the bottom

Open Path - resize  by 60 -Sharpen - Place in the centre

Open bats - resize by 60 - sharpen - position on the top right

Duplicate - image - mirror - merge down

Open tree 2 and paste as a new layer - resize by 90 - sharpen - place on the left - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - position in the centre

Open Sparkle and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - place on the right - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down

Open mask - resize by 60 - send to the bottom

selections - select all - float - defloat - open paper 3 and paste as a new layer

selections - invert - delete - select none and change the blend mode to multiply

Add drop shadows to your layers - merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
