Open a new image 600x600

Open Brush 2 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Open Arch and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen

Position in the centre

Open Sparkles and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position at the top - Duplicate and move below the original - Merge down

Open Branch and paste as a new layer - Position on the left - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down

Open Vines and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen - Place on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down

Open Roses and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Butterflies 2 and paste as a new layer -Place in the centre

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Open Scenery and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom

Open Fog - resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position toward the bottom

Open Crow and paste as a new layer - resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right

Open WordArt Shadowed and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your  name - Save again - Done
