Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position in the centre 

Open Element 98 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left

Position on the top right of the canvas

Open Element 56 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position on the top right

Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Element 90 - Image - Flip - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position on the top right of the frame

Open Element 43 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the far right of the frame

Open Element 1 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right

Open Element 76 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 -Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the tag

Open Element 79 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Element 3 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror - Resize by 80 -Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tag

Open Element 26 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom

Open Element 91 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position in front of the previous layer - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down - Use your eraser tool to soften the edges so they aren't so straight

Open Element 19 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom left

Open Element 32 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the right of the previous layer

Open Element 15 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position above the snow layer

Open ELement 40 - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom right

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position on the right - Duplicate if needed - Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Element 7 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen and position on the top of the lampost on the left

Open Paper 10 - Paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom - Apply a mask of choice - Merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
