This is tut 3 of 3 using the package

Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 7 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and position on the left

Open Element 59 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the left of the frame

Open Frame 6 - resize by 70 - Sharpen and position along the bottom

Click inside all of the frames with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open Paper 14 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Element 67 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom

Open Element 65 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on the top right of the filmstrip frame

Open Element 9 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position in the centre of the rectangle frame

Open Element 44 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top of the filmstrip frame - Duplicate - Image - Flip and Merge Down

Open Element 63 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the filmstrip frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and position on the top right of the 3rd frame - Merge down

Open Element 70 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the tag

Open Element 47 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen and place on top of the previous layer

Open Wordart and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the top right

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Place on the left of the tag

Open Paper 16 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group and position toward the top

Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - Place above the previous mask and apply the same mask - Merge group and move slightly down

Add drop shadows to your layers - merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
