Open Element 68 and paste as a new layer - resize by 90 - Sharpen
Position on the bottom of the tag
Open Element 58 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the top left
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down
Open Element 62 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Image - Rotate - 45 Right - Place in the centre
Open Element 111 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the frame
Open Element 61 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 90 - Position on the bottom of the tag
Open Element 119 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the top right
Open Element 117 and paste as a new layer - resize by 30 - Sharpen and position on the top right of the tag
Open Element 112 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and position on the left of the tag
Open Element 20 and paste as a new layer - resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left
Open Element 18 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position on the right
Open Element 63 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror - resize by 40 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom centre of the tag
Open Element 50 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the right of the sign
Open Element 95 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 55 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom left
Open Element 80 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom right
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position to the left centre
Open Paper 12 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
