Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 22 - Paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top centre

Open Element 50 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Open a close up tube and position the right - Paste again and position on the left - merge down - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tube to Multiply

Open Element 45 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen - Position on the top right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Element 24 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Positon on the top right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen - Paste in the centre - Duplicate and Merge down

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place over the previous layer

Open Element 30 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - merge down

Open Element 18 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 -Sharpen - position on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down

Open Element 26 and paste as a new layer - resize as before and position in front of the previous layer

Open Element 47 and paste as a new layer - Resize  by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
