I am using the PTU Scrapkit Bad Girl made to match the tube by Freeks Creation's which you can find HERE

Filters Used:

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Red

Xero - Radiance - 79, 27, 185, 112

Open a new image 600x600

Open Bling and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom 

Duplicate - Image - Mirror and position above the original - Merge Down

Open Chain link and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Frame and resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Click inside with your magic wand

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer

Open your tube and paste as a new layer

Position in the frame - Duplicate and position next to the original - Duplicate another few more times and position all in the frame - merge these together - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move the tubes and paper layer under the frame

Change the blend mode of the tubes to Luminance L

Open Frame 2 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Image - Rotate - 30 - Right - Place above the chain link layer

Open Flower 1 - Paste as a new layer - resize by 30 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and position next to the original

Open Ribbon - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position on the left of the tag - Apply Gradient Glow

Open Word Art - Resize by 65 and Sharpen - Position over the circle frame and apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Stars - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place at the top right - Duplicate - Image - Flip - Merge Down

Open Finger - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the left of the frame

Open Button - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the top left of the frame

Open Cross - Image - Mirror - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Place on the right centre of the tag

Open IPod and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom right

Open Lips and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen - Position on the left of the previous layer

Open your tube and paste - Position on the right and resize if necessary - Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
