Filters Used:
Xero - Radiance - 128, 94, 79, 131
Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 62 and paste as a new layer
Position in the centre
Open Element 31 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen - Place at the top
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and move to the bottom - merge down
Open f2 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen
Place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open paper 9 and paste as a new layer - Position - Open element 23 and resize by 50 - Position on the bottom of the frame
Open your tube and paste - position - Duplicate and hide for now
Selections - invert - delete - select none and move all under the frame
unhide the duplicated tube and erase the overhanging parts
Open Element 9 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the left
Open Element 41 - image - mirror - resize by 80 - sharpen - position on the left
Duplicate - image - mirror and merge down
Open Element 2 - Resize by 80 - sharpen - position on the bottom right
Duplicate - image - mirror - flip - merge down
Open Element 29 - Resize by 80 - sharpen - place on the bottom
Apply Radiance to both of your tube layers at the settings above
Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group
Add drop shadows to your layers - merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
