Filters used:

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Thin - Purple

Xero - Fritillary - 5, 30, 10, 18

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer

Position on the top left - Duplicate - Image - Flip and Merge Down

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Click inside with your magic wand

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer

Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move under the frame

Apply Fritillary at the settings above

Open Element 7 and paste as a new layer - Place on the bottom of the frame

Open Element 17 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom right of the frame

Open Element 16 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Place on the left of the tag and apply Gradient Glow

Open Element 6 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Position on the bottom right of the tag in front of the heart

Open Element 15 - Image - Mirror and resize by 60 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom left

Open Element 14 - Resize by 25 - Sharpen - Place on the top right of the frame

Open Element 13 and paste as a new layer - Resize as the previous layer and position below the previous flower - Merge Down - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down

Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize  by 60 - Sharpen and position on the far right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - merge down

Open Element 2 - Resize by 90 - Place on the top of the tag

Open Wordart 1 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre and apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open your tube and position in the centre of the tag

Open Element 19 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Position along the bottom of the tube

Open Element 8 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom left of the tube

Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
