Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 90 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen

Position in the centre

Open Frames 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen

Place in the centre

Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Element 52 and paste as a new layer - resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the frames

Open Element 18 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position on the top

Open Element 114 and paste as a new layer - resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the left

Open Element 116 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the left of the gold tree

Open Frame 10 - resize by 75 - Sharpen and position over the previous layers

Open Element 77 - Paste as a new layer and resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top of the green frame

Open Element 64 - Paste as a new layer - resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the green frame

Open Element 86 - Paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top left

Open Element 75 - Paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen - Place on the middle right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and position just below centre of the left side of the frame - Merge these layers together

Click on the green frame - Open Element 14 - Image - Mirror - resize by 35 - Sharpen and postion on the bottom left

Open Element 33 - Paste as a new layer - resize by 30 - Sharpen and position on the left

Open Element 27 - Paste as a new layer - resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right - erase the stick that sticks out of the green frame with your eraser

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - resize - Sharpen and apply Radiance

Open Element 113 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 and position along the bottom of the tag

Open Element 105 and paste as a new layer - resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the far bottom right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Element 125 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag

Add drop shadows to your layers - merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
