I am using the PTU Scrapkit Skully made to match the tube by Michelle's Myths which you can find HERE 

Mask of Choice

Font of Choice

Filters Used:

Xero - Porcelain - Default

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - White and Black

Open a new image 600x600

Open Mesh 1 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Place in the centre

Open Frame 7 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Frame 9 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Place over the original

Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Moon and paste as a new layer

Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top left of the tag

Move under the frame layers

Open Heart 1 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 40 -Sharpen - Position on the bottom of the moon - Move under the frame

Open Music 1 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom left and move under the frame layer

Keeping on the music layer - Open Sparkles - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down

Click inside the frame with your magic wand

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open City 1 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom - Selections - Invert - Delete - select none and move to the bottom above the mesh layer

Open Heart 5 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror and position on the top right of the frame

Open Guitar 1 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the left

Open Cross 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right

Open your tube and position in the centre - Resize and Sharpen - Apply Porcelain at the settings above

Open Skull 3 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom left of the tube

Open Trees 1 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom - Resize by 60  - Sharpen - Duplicate - Merge Down

Open Asian Words 2 and paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen - position on the top right of the frame

Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
