Filters Used:

Xero - Radiance - 194, 167, 88, 118

Open a new image 600x600

Open Bling 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the top - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip and Merge Down

Open Ribbon 3 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down - Duplicate - Image - Flip and Merge Down

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Open Sunray 1 and position - Open Fireworks 1 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and then open your tube - Position her in the centre and then duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete -Select none on all the layers and move them one by one under the frame - Unhide the duplicate tube and making sure she is at the top - Erase the bottom half of the tube

Open Doodle 1 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - merge down - Duplicate - Image and Flip - merge down

Open Staff 1 and paste as a new layer - Position on the right of the frame - Erase the stick that sticks out below the frame layer

Open Bow 2 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the frame

Open Bow 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen More - Position in the centre of the frame on the left - Duplicate and place on the right - merge down

Open Mask 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom centre of the frame - Open Butterfly 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror and position on the top left of the frame

Apply Radiance on both tube layers at the settings above

Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
