Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 147 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place on the bottom - Open Element 137 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the top - Duplicate - Image - Flip and Merge down

Open Element 7 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Element 14 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Frame 16 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 10 and resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in your frame - Open Element 96 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right - Open Element 149 and paste as a new layer - When happy with positioning - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move all under the frame

Open Element 93 - Paste as a new layer and resize by 65 - Sharpen and position on the top right - Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place over the first frame layer - Open Element 3 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen - Image - Flip - Image - Mirror and place on the top left of the frames

Open Element 94 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror and resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tag

Open Element 129 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom - Open Element 110 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror - Place on the bottom 

Open Element 150 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the top left

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position on the right of the tag

Open Element 47 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open Paper 15 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
