Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Green and White and Purple

Xero - Radiance - 100, 61, 128, 124

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 20 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place on the bottom

Open Element 6 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Open Element 44 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the top right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 14 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 54 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place below centre

Open Element 58 and paste as a new layer - Place on the top and apply gradient glow - White - Purple at the settings above

Open Element 53 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - modify - expand by 5 - Open your close up tube and position in the left of the frame - duplicate - image - mirror - merge down - Open paper 11 and paste as a new layer - move under the tube layers - Selections - invert - delete -select none and move both under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tubes to Multiply

Open Element 19 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom of the frames

Open Element 10 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down when happy

Open Element 52 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position above the previous layers and apply Gradient Glow - Fat white and green at the settings above

Open Element 29 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 72 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top right

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre and apply Radiance at the settings above - Open Element 13 - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place over the tube layer

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
