Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 55 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 79 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the top of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Flip and Merge down

Open Element 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 101 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Click inside with your  magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Open your tube and position in the frame - Layers - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert -Delete - Select none and move the paper and tube under the frame

Open Element 39 and paste as a new layer - Position on the right 

Open Element 99 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom left

Open Element 15 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place along the bottom

Open Element 22 - Image - Mirror - Position on the top left

Open Element 35 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on the top left

Open Element 105 - Position on the bottom - Duplicate and move above the original - Merge down - Open Element 61 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Unhide the duplicated tube and move to the top - Open Element 48 and paste as a new layer -Position on the bottom of the tag

Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
