Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat White and Light Blue

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 23 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 and open Paper 22 - Paste as a new layer - Selections - invert - delete - select none and move under the frame - Staying on the paper layer - Open Element 25 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the left 

Open Element 59 - Image - Mirror and position on the right

Open Element 21 and paste as a new layer - Position on the left of the previous layer

Open Element 51 and paste as a new layer - Position on the top of the frame

Open Element 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the top of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Flip and merge down when happy

Open Element 93 and paste as a new layer - Place on the bottom - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 124 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Open Element 96 and paste as a new layer in the centre

Open Element 13 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 60 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place on the left - Duplicate - Position on the right - merge down

Open Element 52 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left - Open Element 1 and paste as a new layer - resize by 75 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right - Duplicate - Position on the bottom left - merge down

Open Element 15 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position toward the bottom - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Element 11 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on top of the mushroom on the left

Open Element 36 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Open your tube and place her in the centre

Open Element 61 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the right of the tube

Open Paper 20 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
