Filters Used:

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Dark Red

Xero - Sparkles - Main Colour and Highlights in White - Everything else as standard

Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Open your tube and position in the frame - Duplicate and hide for now - Open Element 19 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Apply Sparkles on the paper layer at the settings above - Unhide the duplicated tube and position toward the top - Erase the overhanging parts at the bottom

Open Wordart 1 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom -Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Click on the paper layer - Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position toward the bottom of the frame

Staying on the paper layer - Open Element 16 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position above the fireplace - Erase the overhanging parts

Click on the frame - Open Element 13 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place behind the wordart on the left

Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom 

Open Element 9 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right - Duplicate and position above and to the right - Merge Down - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down when happy

Open paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
