Open a new image 650x600

Open Element 42 and paste as a new layer - Position on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down - Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer - Position on the far left - duplicate - image - mirror - Place next to the original and merge down - Duplicate and position  over the right - Merge these down 

Open Element 67 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 and open a close up of your tube - Position and when happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - select none and move under the frame - Open Element 10 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the right of the frame - Open Element 64 and paste as a new layer on the top of the frame

Open Element 36 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre

Open Element 18 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 55 and paste as a new layer on the bottom of the tag

Open Element 41 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position on the bottom centre - Open Element 66 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre

Open Element 3 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the frame

Open Element 29 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the left of the leprachorn

Open Element 31 and paste as a new layer positioning in the centre

Open Element 47 - Paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom left - Duplicaate and hide for now - Open your tube and position on the bottom - Unhide the duplicate - Image - Mirror and position on the bottom right of the tag

Open Paper 9 and paste as a new layer - I colorised mine to match my tube - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
