Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 and open paper 3 - Paste as a new layer - Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position on the left - duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both under the frame

Stay on the paper layer and open element 20 - Image - Mirror and position toward the top - Open Element 13 - Resize by 60 and position on the bottom of the frame

Moving back to the top layer - Open Element 25 and paste as a new layer on the top left

Open Element 22 and paste as a new layer and position on the top right

Open Element 18 - resize by 85 - Sharpen and position to the right

Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the tag - Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer - Position on the left of the previous layer - Open Element 26 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right - Open Element 24 - Paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom of the tag - Duplicate - Image - Flip and merge down - Unhide the duplicated tube and move to the top

Open Element 9 - resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the left of the white frame - Duplicate and position above the original - merge down

Open Element 30 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place under the tube on the left

Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
