Open Element 62 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 41 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 18 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom of the tag

Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre of the grass

Open Element 36 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - click inside all of the frames with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Open a close up of your tube and place in the frame - Selections - invert - delete - select  none and move both under the frame

Open Element 39 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror - Position on the right

Open Element 49 and paste as a new layer on the top right

Open Element 28 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place in the centre

Open Element 85 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top

Open Element 14 - resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top left

Open Element 65 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down

Open Element 79 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the top right

Open Element 64 and paste as a new layer - Place on the bottom left

Open Element 37 and paste as a new layer - resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left in front of the previous layer

Open Element 9 - resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 23 and paste as a new layer - resize by 25 - Sharpen and position on the right of the previous layer - Open Element 82 - Resize by 70 - Position on the top centre of the fence

Open Element 20 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre

Open Element 47 and paste as a new layer - Image - Flip - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom - Open your tube and place on the bottom of the tag

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
