Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 5a and paste as a new layer - Mirror and place to the right of the canvas - Open Element 13a and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Open Element 19a and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place above the previous layer - Open Wordart 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top left - Open Element 15 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far left of the previous layer - Open Element 23 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the right of the tag - Open Element 8 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far left - Open Wordart 2 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the previous wordart layer - Open your tube and position on top of the pink squares

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
