Open a new image 600x600

Open Doodle 1 and place to the left of the canvas - Open Frost Circle and paste as a new layer - resize by 95 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Frame 1 and resize by 65 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 15 - Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the frame - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Keeping on the paper layer - Open Star - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place to the left of the paper - Back to the top!

Open SIlk Flower - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the frame - Duplicate and hide for now - Open Snowy Tree 1 and paste as a new layer - resize by 85 - Sharpen and place to the right - Open Flurry - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place in the centre of the canvas - Open Frozen Flower - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place to the bottom left - Erase the stalk that sticks out under the level of the frame - Unhide your duplicated flower and move to the top - Move to the far left of the tag - Open your tube and place her to the left - Open WordArt - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tag - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
