Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Element 1 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top left - Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the right of the frame toward the top - Open Element 9 - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the right of the frame - Open Element 15 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame - Open Element 19 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen - Rotate to the right by 30 degrees - Sharpen and place on the top right - Open Element 14 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the right of the frame - Open your tube and place in the centre - Apply Xero Radiance at the settings above - Open Element 18 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the frame to the left - Open Element 8 - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 16 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open wa and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
