Open Element 79 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Frame 1 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Element 20 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place to the left of the frame - Duplicate - Mirror and move to the top of the right side slightly - merge down - Open Element 82 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 49 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag - Open Element 92 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the centre right of the frame - Open Element 10 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place to the left of the tag  - Open Element 2 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 32 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open your tube and place in the centre - Open Element 8 - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and place on the left of the left leg of the tube - Duplicate and place on the left of the original - merge down - Open Element 40 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place in front of the flowers

Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
