Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 9 and paste as a new layer - Open your tube and place in the centre - When happy with placement - Duplicate and hide for now - Open Element 24 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom centre of the frame - Move under the tube layers - Open Element 31 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame - Open Element 1 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the frame - Duplicate and place next to the original - Duplicate and place on the right of the duplicate - Duplicate again and mirror - merge all down - Open Element 4 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top of the previous flower on the bottom left - Unhide your tube and place her to the top - Erase any that sticks out over the flowers - Open Element 22 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen - Place on the right of the frame - Open Frame 5 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and send to the bottom - Click on the frame layer - Open Element 25 and position behind the tube - Open Element 36 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the purple and pink flower on the bottom left

Open Paper 1 Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
