Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 5 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside the large and 2 right parts of the element with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Open your close up tube and paste as a new layer - position to the right of the element Duplicate and position in the large part of the element - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move all under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tube on he right to overlay - Duplicate - Change the blend mode of the tube in the frame to Luminance L - Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place over the tube on the left - Open Element 6 - Position on the bottom right - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 13 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the canvas - Open Element 1 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place to the left of the tag - Open Element 13 - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far left of the tag - Open your tube and position in the centre of the tag - Open Element 2 - Resie by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tube - Open Element 7 and resize as before - Position in front of the tube

Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
