Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 2 - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate 90 Left - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - I colorised the frame slightly to match the tubes colour but its completely up to you - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 -Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer - Place on the top left of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 7 and place along the top of the frame - Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place in the centre of the tag - Open Element 20 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag - Duplicate - Mirror and Merge down - Open Element 16 and place as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the frame - Duplicate and position to the right of the original - Duplicate - Mirror - Duplicate and position underneath the original - duplicate and mirror again - merge these 4 together and then flip and place along the bottom of the canvas - Open your tube and place her in the centre - Open Element 3 and place as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tube 

Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
