Open Frame 5 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 46 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the frame - Duplicate - Mirror - Flip and position on the top right - merge down - Open Element - Open Element 65 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and Flip and Mirror and place on the top of the frame - Duplicate and hide for now - Open Element 47 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the middle of the left side of the frame - Open Element 66 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the far right of the tag - Open Element 67 - Resize by 25 - Sharpen - Mirror and position on the top left of the tag - Open Element 45 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the right of the tag - Open Element 19 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the gold stem of the previous layer - Duplicate and move below the original - merge down - Open your tube and place in the centre of the tag - Erase any that sticks out under the frame - Unhide your duplicated flower layer - Move to the top - Mirror and flip - position on the bottom right of the frame - Open Element 14 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far right of the tag - Open Element 16 and position along the bottom of the tag - Open Element 20 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far left of the tag - Open Element 49 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag - Open Wordart 1 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tag

Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
