Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Thin - Red

Xero - Radiance - 128, 112, 128, 146

Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 1 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - modify - expand by 5 - Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Keeping on the paper layer - Open Element 4 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Back to the top

Open Element 55 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag - Open Element 6 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the frame - Duplicate and position on the top of the frame - Merge down - Open Element 19 - Resize by 75  - Sharpen and place to the right - Duplicate and mirror - merge down - Open Element 1 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Frame 5 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open your tube and place in the centre - Apply Radiance at the settings above and then apply Gradient Glow at the settings above - Open Element 9 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tube - Open wa and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tag - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above and repeat

Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
