Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 46 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Element 45 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place over the previous layers - Open Element 40 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the top right - Click on the paper layer and open element 43 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place towards the top right - Back to the top!

Open Element 37 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the top of the frame to the left - Duplicate and position to the right of the original - merge down

Open Element 17 - Resize as before - Duplicate 3 times - Place the 1st one to the bottom right of the previous layer - Place the 2nd towards the bottom right of the frame - Place the 3rd on the bottom left and the 4th on the top left of the previous one and move below - merge all 4 layers together - Open Element 8 - Resize as before - Place on the top left of the frame - Duplicate and position below and merge down - Duplicate - Mirror and place toward the bottom right of the frame - merge down - Open Element 19 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - open Element 2 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the top right on the multi coloured flower - Duplicate and position on the bottom left - merge down

Open your tube and place her in the centre

Open Element 10 - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Paper 12 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
