Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 9 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Frame 2 and position in the centre so the green frame shows through the blue evenly

Open Flower 2 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the frame

Open Palm Tree 1 - Resize by 90 - Mirror and position on the right of the tag

Open Cupcake 1 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Sandcastle - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Sun - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top left

Open Parasol and position toward the top of the tag - Open Tiki Bar - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the left of the tag - Open Sparkle and position in the centre of the tag

Open Cupcake 2 - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tiki bar

Open Crab - resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open your tube and position her to the right of the tag

Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
