Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 99 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 and position along the bottom - Open Element 10 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the left of the tag
Open Frame 8 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 3 - Open Paper 14 and position toward the bottom of the frame - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Element 17 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top left - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open Frame 11 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 12 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top left below the previous layer - Duplicate - Mirror - Merge down when happy - Open Element 165 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 18 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open your tube and place her in the centre
Open Element 132 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tube
Open Element 70 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place in the centre of the previous layer
Open Element 3 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the tag
Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
