Filters Used:

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - Pink and White

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 9 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the canvas - Duplicate - Mirror - Flip and position in the top right - merge down when happy

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Open your close up tube and position in the frame - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance

Open Element 18 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the frame - Open Element 16 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top of the previous layer

Open Element 19 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the far left of the frame on top of the previous layer - Open Element 12 - Resize by 74 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Element 24 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the right of the frame slightly above the bottom of the tag - Open Element 5 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the right

Open your tube and position to the right of the tag - Open Wordart - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above -  Open Element 2 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on top of the wordart

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
