Xero - Radiance - 185, 179, 176, 115

Open a new image 600x600

Open Wordart 1 and paste as a new layer - Position to the left - Duplicate and position to the right - Merge Down - Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position to the right - Open Element 6 and position in the centre - Duplicate and move to the top right - move below the original - Open Frame 3 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place toward the top of the clock - Duplicate and position so the bottom of the frame is around the clock on the bottom - Open Element 10 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the clock - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Open Frame 2 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open your tube and position in the centre - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - invert - delete - select none and move under the frame - Open Element 20 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the right of the frame -Open Element 2 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the frame - Duplicate 3 more times and position next to each other - merge these together - duplicate - position along the top of the frame

Open Element 18 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place below the top white flower layer

Open Element 8 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 17 - Resize as before and place in front of the previous layer - Open Element 3 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame - Open Element 5 - Resize by 45 - mirror and position on the bottom left of the frame - Unhide your duplicated tube and move her to the top - erase any that you need to and apply radiance at the settings above

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
