Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 24 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Open Element 81 and resize as before - Place on top of the window

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Open your tube and position in the centre - Iresized mine by 45 - Sharpen - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both under the frame  - Unhide the duplicated tube and send to the top -  Erase the bottom half of the tube - Click on the paper layer - Open Element 47 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Click on the black frame - Open Element 92 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the right of the frame - Open Element 74 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the black frame - Click on the frame layer - Open Element 16 and paste as a new layer - Position on the top right of the frame - Duplicate - Mirror - Flip and place on the bottom left - merge down

Open Element 106 and paste as a new layer - resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 18 - Resize by 35 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the frame - Duplicate and place next to the original - Move under the cat layer

Open Element 6 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the top right

Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
